Shipping & Returns
- Contact us at email@example.com or 512-947-7860 or 832-782-7578. Once confirmed and approved, we will send you an email with detailed shipping and packaging instructions. Do not send items until you have received a confirmation email from the Gold Outlet Depot Team.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
- Once you have received email confirmation, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
